1. Listen to me, O isles and coast lands, and hearken, you peoples from afar. The Lord has called me from the womb; from the body of my mother He has named my name.

2. And He has made my mouth like a sharp sword; in the shadow of His hand has He hid me and made me a polished arrow; in His quiver has He kept me close and concealed me.

3. And [the Lord] said to me, You are My [a]servant, Israel [you who strive with God and with men and prevail], in whom I will be glorified.

In a ministry context, Polished Arrow Inc., is focused on perfecting the saints, by providing training and development to those called to serve the body through leadership.  Often in the Body of Christ, leaders emerge out of a ministry context. These emergent leaders may not necessarily have the proven set of traits for success as leaders, but rather will possess the passion and gifting necessary for their context at a given time.  Polished arrow seeks to bridge the gap, ensuring leaders are both called to serve by grace and equipped to serve through training.  We prepare individuals and teams spiritually and practically to effectively lead in the Body of Christ.

Vision –  A body of mature believers released to operate effectively in their measure of the grace gift of Christ. A network of  apostolic servant leaders released to impact the Kingdom of God through effective transformational leadership.

 

Mission – To build the Kingdom of God by preparing effectively trained leaders to transform the culture through the execution of their assignment in the earth with acumen and excellence as unto The Lord.
