The Equipping Center (TEC) is a leadership development & training center.
The Equipping Center serves as the physical anchor of Polished Arrow Inc an embodies the heart of our apostolic mission. It is more than a location. It is a development and actualization environment where believers are sharpened, strengthened, and sent into their God-given assignments. It provides a place where others are able to share their gifts and expertise to help equip the body.
Here, every expression of Polished Arrow converges into one integrated space designed to cultivate spiritual maturity, leadership capacity, and Christ-formed identity.
Worship Gatherings
Small groups and house fellowships center us in worship, creating a space where God’s presence forms, heals, aligns, and renews us.
Training and Development
Practical and spiritual equipping that builds capacity in life, ministry, and leadership. These offerings strengthen competency, character, and confidence.
Prayer & Bible Study
Intentional rhythms of prayer ans study of the word that nurture communion with God.
Discipleship Pathways
Customized pathways that form, affirm, and align believers for their God-given mission, ensuring they grow in clarity, maturity, and authority.

Our Development Focus
The Equipping Center provides three core dimensions of development:

Christ Formation (Gal. 4:19)
Grounding believers in Scripture, prayer, identity, and the character of Christ.

Leadership Development
Strengthening both ministry and marketplace effectiveness by cultivating resilience, aptitude, emotional intelligence, clarity of purpose, and the competencies required for impactful leadership.

Ministerial Development
Equipping emerging and established ministers in their 5-Fold Ministry grace through teaching, mentorship, activation, and skill-building for effective service within the Body of Christ.
The Equipping Center focuses on developing individuals with aptitude, resiliency, and capacity for excellence, preparing them for increased impact in Life, Love (of God and others), and Leadership. It is a place where believers grow in spiritual depth, sharpen their gifts, and receive the tools needed to carry out their assignments with confidence and precision.
