Polished Arrow Inc. (PA): An Apostolic Hub for Kingdom Leaders
Polished Arrow Inc. is an Apostolic Hub and Spirit-led equipping center committed to forming, strengthening, and sending leaders into their God-given spheres of influence. As a ministry center, PA serves believers who are pursuing the fullness of their call in Christ in ministry, business, community leadership, and the marketplace.
We provide leaders with practical development and spiritual formation. Through intentional teaching, mentorship, prophetic insight, and the maturing of spiritual gifts, we create an environment where clarity, alignment, and activation can flourish. Our desire is to see every believer refined in God's quiver and prepared to function as a precise instrument of His love, provision, power, and presence on the earth.

We accomplish this through four core commitments that shape everything we do. We help believers connect deeply with God and community, grow through intentional development, walk confidently in their identity, and step boldly into their God-given assignments.
WHAT IS AN APOSTOLIC HUB
An Apostolic Hub, Polished Arrow represents a significant shift from the traditional pastor-centered church model to an interconnected, Spirit-led ministry approach. In this model, servants and ministers of Christ operate within their unique measures of grace, collaborating to equip and strengthen the Body of Christ.
Polished Arrow embraces this biblical pattern by creating spaces where believers can grow, be developed, and walk confidently in their assignments. Through small groups, focused gatherings, and intentional formation environments, we cultivate opportunities for worship, prayer, the study of Scripture, and personal spiritual growth. Our vision is to support the unity of the faith and the maturity of every believer.
We honor the full expression of the fivefold ministry and affirm that every joint supplies, allowing each person to contribute their grace, gifting, and voice for the edification of the Body of Christ.
